Closings and Delays

MUSEUM UPDATE: In coordination with the Commonwealth of Virginia, the Frontier Culture Museum is taking action to slow the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). Following the orders of Governor Northam for Phase 2 of reopening, the museum will be open to the public starting 6/10/20. Masks are not necessary when you are outdoors or where medical exemptions applies, and social distancing practices are still in effect. We will be limiting the number of visitors to 250 people every two hours. For the time being the museum will not be hosting any large special events, and will be CLOSED on 7/4/20 for Independence Day.

Thanks for your understanding and ongoing support of the Museum. We look forward to resuming normal operations when deemed prudent by U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
