My parents used to go to a Fall festival at the Frontier Culture Museum back in the 1990’s, before my mother became debilitated by dementia. She died in 2008 and my Dad is now 92 years old and would like us to take him the Festival if you still have such an event. He recalls that it was not Oktoberfest, but that there was a food tent, dancing exhibitions, wagon rides, craft exhibits, etc. Do you folks still have such a Festival?
Dear Mr. Dunne,
Thank you for your inquiry. The festival that you are referring to was known as Frontier Festival that was held at the Museum in the fall. However, we have not held this festival in a number of years. If you should need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you!
